These terms apply to purchases from Nexus Vision Apparel ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat rate per order and is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the printed product.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Made-to-order production
Products are printed on demand by a third-party print partner in the United States. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Intellectual property
The Nexus Vision name, logo and Wink graphic belong to Nexus Vision Apparel. Please don't reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
